Web Design
Once a payment/deposit for website design projects are made to us it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed by the client, all monies paid are retained by Made In Newry and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. After the site goes live the maintenance and any future errors are the responsibility of the client.
Web Re-Development
Once a payment is received for website redesign projects it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed by the client all monies paid are retained by Made In Newry.
Search Engine Optimization
Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing and Social Media Optimization.
Payments for Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing and Social Media Optimization services are non-refundable, and Made In Newry do not issue pro rata refunds for fees paid in advance. All Setup fees are non-refundable as it is applied to costs immediately incurred by Made In Newry in initiating services. If a project is cancelled or postponed by the client all monies paid are retained by Made In Newry and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
Domain expires/recovery
A fee for domain/account recovery will be required when requested by the client.
